The items we sell are natural products. There are variations in color, grain pattern and texture between items made with the same wood species. Each item is unique, and one-of-a-kind. Unless an item is specifically listed as the product to be sent, the item you receive will not be identical to the image shown.
Each wood species on our web site may be named differently by different woodworkers. Pen Blanks
- Sizes of pen blanks are generally 5/8” - 1“ x 5/8” x 1” x 4-1/2” - 6” unless noted differently. (Most are approximately ¾” x ¾” x 5”)
- All pen blanks are dried unless specifically noted.
- Pen blanks may be partially or completely waxed.
- Pen blanks are inspected for any defects when we fill your order. Pen blanks may contain defects that we feel could be removed during the turning process.
- We do not send free samples of any wood species.

- We recommend taking precautions when working with wood, such as using adequate dust-collection equipment, wearing a personal respirator or mask, using any and all safety equipment, and following any and all safety procedures and techniques.

- U.S. sales and shipping only; no international sales on shipping.
- Minimum purchase of 5 pen blanks for any species in quantities of 5 for any species please.
- All sales must be pre-paid by customer prior to filling and shipping the order.
- Prices include shipping.
- We currently ship via USPS Priority small flat rate boxes.

- All returns must be shipped pre-paid by customer; no refunds will be given for prepaid shipping by customer.
- Items being returned for full credit must be in re-salable condition. No merchandise will be accepted if it has been altered in any way such as: cut, turned, surfaced, jointed, stained, finished or damaged.
- A full refund (less initial shipping cost of $5.80) will be remitted within 30 days of our receipt, subject to our inspection and acceptance of the product.
- No partial returns accepted.
